Main objective : Finding, Collecting and Identifying farmers some commodities (Nutmeg, Pepper, Vanilla, Cocoa Powder) with 1 month target.

Final year student (5th/7th/9th semester or fresh graduates are welcome) in Faculty of Agriculture or related fields

Preferably 1 year of working experience in education field. Fresh graduates are welcome too.

Required Skills: Communication Skill, Public Speaking, Marketing, Education Marketing

Attend trainings related to product knowledge (overseas university, overseas academic programs, and English courses)

Follow up to the target market according to the needs

Fulfill student’s database according to the inquiry

Maintain good relationships with schools and partners

Minimum of 2 years experience in Telesales, Marketing/ Sales

Excellence communication skills and can do consultative selling (negotiation, persuasion, and influencing)

Has good problem-solving skill and decision-making skills

Has excellent administrative skill, reporting skills and is detail-oriented

Has a higher emotional intelligence, and good skill in conflict resolution and mediation

Has the ability to adapt quickly and to understand all the product knowledge in a short amount of time

Have knowledge of customer success processes

Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, personality, service-oriented)

Sales presentations over video/voice call

Liaise with clients to follow up on presentations

Onboard clients with the Ops team

Follow up with clients on satisfaction
