Responsible and accountable for ensuring that good housekeeping discipline is employed at all times while carrying out his daily tasks.

Report to Foreman in a timely manner any obstacles which are likely to impede the crew's ability to meet targets

Continually observe and communicate any ideas for improvement in Quality or Productivity to the Fitter Foreman

Avoid damage to substrate materials by employing good moving and handling techniques and also material protection during fabrication

Responsible for fully understanding instructions and the expectations of productivity and quality

High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct

Ensure compliance with HSE policy and any Overriding Company Policies.

Inspect all personal tools, equipment and safety devices before use, rejecting and reporting to the foreman if defects are evident.

Procedure production welder which consistently achieve or surpass the minimum quality requirements.

Carry personal welder qualification card on site all times.

Ensure compliance with HSE policy and any Overriding Company Policies

Attend TBSM and TBQM on time.

Always ensure the is a valid WPS available for joint to be worked on and adhere to it.

Inspect welding equipment ensuring that it is a safe working condition.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience as structural fitter or both welding and structural locksmith profession

Installation experience from a manufacturer or production company is an advantage

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia WNI only

This position is require to work overseas to Hungaria

Have experience in the structural field at least 2 years, experienced in a start-up environment is an advantage.

c. Mampu menggunakan alat ukur manual (Meteran Tape, Jangka Sorong, Micrometer)

d.Menguasai MS. Office & AutoCAD (minimal 2D, jika bisa 3D adalah nilai lebih)(1 & 2)

e.Memiliki kemampuan analisa & hitungan matematika dasar dengan sangat baik

f.Menguasai Bahasa Inggris, minimal pasif.

h.Bersedia untuk bekerja lembur jika di butuhkan perusahaan

i.Bersedia untuk tidak melanjutkan pendidikan dalam waktu 3 tahun kedepan.
