5 years solid experience in Project/ Program Management

Understanding on several project management methodology like waterfall, agile, Kanban, Lean six sigma.

Responsible to drive execution or corporate-level initiatives through business managers.

- Train and onboard new recruitment freelancers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

- 1-3 years of work experience in tech startups preferred.

- Experience in working in HR Tech companies is a plus

- Good knowledge of local & global tech recruitment channels and job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.)

- Strong leadership & ability to manage large freelancers teams

- Excellent English communication skills (must have)

At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, finance, management consulting, business or strategy roles

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to multi-task, work in a fast-pace corporate environment, and passion to drive strategic projects

Responsible for tracking and monitoring of the organization’s performance progress, as well as ensuring timely reporting to senior management

Work closely with internal teams on digitalization and strategic initiatives including project management, implementation, operation and post-implementation project.

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT or related disciplines

Knowledge in IT Industry an added advantage

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

Strengthening client’s internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas

Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices

Experience in delivery of large enterprise level programs across the financial services sector from initiation to benefit realization

Formal accreditation in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies is expected at this level

Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any major from reputable university (Minimum GPA of 3.00 scale 4)

Preferably has experience as sales or marketing in Banking or Financial Industry

Minimum bachelor degree in management / economy / industrial engineering

Having minimum 4 year experiences in the same field
