Education / Certification / Experience Required

Deep knowledge and experience working with IDN, IDHN, HIS professionals at an executive level in a complex matrix selling environment.

Work with the Sales and Marketing departments and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to identify targets and create forecasting models.

Establishing metrics to analyze and track performance of partner initiatives. Develop actions to adjust sales strategy as needed

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Strong team management and leadership skills

Outlining sales KPI, merchant territory, and account management practice of cellphone merchants

3-5 years experience in business development and strategy role, preferably in the credit industry

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Establish acquisition strategy for cellphone merchants, from medium tail to long tail merchants

partners (Multi Finance Companies & Banks) to accomplish growth and

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term partnership with preferred

• Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account

• Tracking and reporting progress to both Partners and the company on the

key metrics that define the success of the partnership.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the Financiers on all issues

A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience.

Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field required, Master’s degree or any combination of education and experience.

3-5 years experience in related area with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly express ideas, thoughts and concepts both verbally and in writing.

Outstanding organizational skills with attention to details and number-sensitive.
