Handle administrative management of procurement process

Minimum 2 years of working experience handling Sourcing and Procurement; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to manage a high standard and demand from hospital

Strong administrative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Have experience using SAP system will be a plus

Responsible for sourcing (finding reliable or qualified vendors) and negotiating for the best/competitive price and T&C.

Check invoices from vendor (machine, parts, and real estate / project) before send to finance.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field(preferably from Retail/F&B Industry).

Have experience related export & import administration experience

Have a general permit knowledge & basic procurement

Ms Excel skill advanced level.
