Experience in Team management, training and mentoring

Experience in using test case and bug management tools like Phabricator, Test Rail, etc.

Fin-Tech domain knowledge. Working experience with Financial Services products is a plus but not mandatory

Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team

Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance (Manual or automation)

Has strong analytical skills and great motivation to learn new skills/technologies

Fluent in English and able to present work plan and result to project member

Analyze and review technical documentation (FSD and TSD) created by vendor

Create System Integration Test (SIT), UAT Plan and User Acceptance Test (UAT) document

Technical/Delivery, to coordinate technical project, monitoring test script and defect in JIRA, delivery SDLC document, integration & migration in surrounding system
