Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)

Monitoring day-to-day operations of the corn drying facility.

Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

Familiar with ERP or Warehouse Management System.

Min. 3 years experience in the related field.

Experienced in Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred.

Experienced in handling a large team.

Maintain activities in the logistics, warehouses, and transportation/shipment.

Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation's.

Preferred experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse management, Logistics management, Financial Management, Cost Management.

Be responsible for the management and coordination of all Warehouse and Purchasing section ;

Responsible for the management of the JDE Warehouse computerized Inventory System.

Management of all stock takes and reconciliation's in relation to unders/overs.

Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required.

At least 1 years of working experience in leading a team or a project

Able to manage end to end the ground operation in logistic

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree from any major

Willing to work in a (blue-collar) startup environment

Responsible to brief the team under his/her supervision in every shift.

Ensuring parcel flow between warehouse and sortation that align with SOP and instruction.

Supervise and control warehouse operations

Be a leader for all warehouse staff

Supervise and control all incoming and outgoing goods according to SOP

Check the goods received according to the SOP

Make planning, supervision, and warehousing reports

Ensuring the availability of goods as needed
