Senior Staff Finance Accounting Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

1 year of working experience in finance & accounting field. Internship experiences are valued.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Conduct data entry and filing documents.

Assist the Finance & Accounting team in generate financial reports every month.

Understand accounting system (SAP) will be a plus.

Able to communicate effectively and professionally.

S1 degree in Accounting / Management with a GPA minimum

Have min 5 years experience in handling finance & accounting

Prior working experience in KAP or Accounting Consultant Firm is an added value

Have experience as a senior in charge of projects

Working experience in a consultant firm

Good understanding of Finance administration, accounting

Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Finance & Accounting area

Good knowledge of accounting system and computer

Process and document petty cash request to support the company's operational activities.

Bachelors’ Degree majoring in accounting

Support the preparation of financial reports, both periodic and non-periodic for the delivery of financial information to management and related parties

Manage Cash Management (Time Deposit, Current Account, etc) optimally to ensure fund activity is controlled and as it should be.

Have at least 2 years of experience as Accounting/Finance Staff

Understand Account Receivable Management, Account Payable Management, Accounting Control, etc

Understand the work process in the Finance & Accounting department along with an understanding of related regulations

Support on Reviewing the feasibility of collected invoice data to ensure all invoices have complete and accurate data.
