Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax as Supervisor

Detail oriented and time management

Responsible in monitoring administration process running smoothly in Finance and Accounting Department

Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures to align with company's goal

Manage the accounting function in processing data and information to produce financial reports needed by the company accurately and on time.

Advance computer skills (Ms.Office, Accounting software, database, spreedsheet)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Min. 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and experience in using Accurate is particularly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.

• Melalukan tugas akuntansi sehari-hari, termasuk pembukuan, dan closing bulanan keuangan untuk perusahaan

• Mengatur pembayaran kepada vendor, konsultan, dan partner usaha

• Memproses invoice sesuai dengan kebijakan pembayaran secara akurat dan terjadwal

• Membantu peraturan dan pelaporan keuangan internal, termasuk laporan tahunan, bulanan dan triwulan serta laporan khusus lainnya

• Mengawasi ketaatan perusahaan terhadap peraturan dan tenggat waktu pajak

Have min. 1 year experience in Accounting

Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses

Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate

Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly

Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting, from reputable university.
