Implement the Performance management process (OKR setting and review, performance assessment, and performance improvement plan-PIP)

Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the other HR functions to develop solutions, programs and initiatives.
Develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide initiatives and improvement for current and new HR/company’s policies, processes, and program.
