Senior Officer Legal Corporate Jobs

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience. A combined exposure of law firm and in house experience will be a plus.

- Experienced as Legal corporate or corporate lawyer at least 2 years

- Have experienced in retail /manufacture minimum 2 years

- Strength knowledge about all company's legislation, and updated regulatory

Responsible for all legal documents, handle litigations of corporate matters

- Bachelor degree in Law

- Certified as advocate and member of PERADI would be an advantage

- Providing legal advice and guidance to senior management on strategic initiatives and transactions.
