Senior Marketing Communication Jobs

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

5-7 years of experience in Marketing or in a similar Marketing role.

Preferably have experience in an agency company.

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication activities, using relevant metrics and analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Working with different content management systems 

Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Graphic Design

Professional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in communication field

Languages: A proficient command in verbal and written English is essential, knowledge of the German language would be an advantage 

Up-to-date experience with digital media platform

Possibility to work from home (Max. 1 day per week)

Technical skills and know-how required:

Understands the events happening in WBN-IWIP and the local, regional, national and international impact.

Understands the dynamics between local, regional, and national Indonesian stakeholders.

Understands legal implications, permitting issues and stakeholders affected, when it comes to release information.

Learn about WBN-IWIP communication methods.

Help WBN-IWIP developing existing communication routines, and implementing new ones, giving support and training the team onsite.
