Senior Executive Communication Jobs

The German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) is part of the worldwide German Chamber Abroad Network (AHK) and represents the bilateral business interests of Indonesian and German member companies and institutions. To further advance our communication activities, we are looking for a new team member to join our Communication Department.

Your Task& Responsibilities

• Take the lead in handling the team and the department tasks, projects and/or activities
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices 
• Working with different content management systems 
• Maintaining the appearance of various digital platforms (websites, social media) by enforcing content standards 
• Conceptualizing creative ideas with internal client (users) 
• Managing the tasks timeline and deadline
• A good work relation and cooperation with third party

The ideal candidate (f/m) has the following profile 

• Knowledge: A broad knowledge in communication field, such as public relations in general, marketing, media handling, corporate identity. Ability to maximize and utilize various digital platforms.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in communication field
• Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Graphic Design
• Languages: A proficient command in verbal and written English is essential, knowledge of the German language would be an advantage 

Skills & Qualifications

Required Technical Skills:

• Up-to-date experience with digital media platform
• Capable in managing various digital platform (website, social media, etc.).
• Leadership quality
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
• Understand the process of video production for corporate

Soft Skills:

A good communication skill with creative mind and open to new ideas. As are motivation, adaptable, willing to learn new techniques and the ability to work independently as well as within a team with excellent communication skills to understand a user's needs and wants, and correctly implement the user's desires to successfully deliver the messages.
