Preparing and providing internal memo to manager and finance for the services being executed

Excellent lobbying and negotiation skills

Conduct follow-ups to Clients and Manager and updating them with current status, timeline and next move

Available to placement in Bali

Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws in Bali area.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Think critically when planning to assure project success

Excellent time and project management skills in order to meet tight deadlines

If position is a people manager include, Manage and develop employees

5+ years Immigration-specific experience, or equivalent

Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, verbal and written communication skills

Serve as a point of escalation for complex immigration issues and provide creative solutions

Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures in compliance with immigration regulations both within and outside of the region

Have at least 2 years working experiences in Immigration Consultant field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all professional levels will also be highly valued.

Experience in a similar role in another reputable immigration consultant firm will be a distinct advantage.

Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written.

Should be proactive, highly motivated and able to work effectively in a team.

Familiarity with MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
