Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.

Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is often preferred.

Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with progressive responsibility.

Leadership abilities and experience managing teams.

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting area

Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is preferred

Perform reconciliation, verify discrepancies, maintain manual journal for any discrepancies and resolve with 3rd party for any settlement issue

Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, posting and recording sales reports to accounting system

Responsible for accuracy, completeness and timely month end closing

Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

Minimum 5 years experience in the Finance area

Closely monitor and review the finance specialist's work

Perform month-end finance closing activities

Pro-actively signal areas of improvement in finance processes, cost reduction, maximize efficiency, and point out best practices

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong analytic skills with attention to detail

Min 4-5 years of working experience in accounts payable or a related field is required.

Knowledge of accounting software: Knowledge of accounting software, such as Netsuite s or SAP, is will be advantage

Solid understanding of accounting principles and Compliance knowledge: Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

Analyze financial data: You would be required to analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations: You would need to ensure that all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and accounting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (min : able to create dasboard for AP Tracker using Excel)

Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent

At least 3 years of relevant experience Industry: Retail, FMCG

Experienced in accounting system (SAP).

Daily Sales Report, Weekly aging analysis, and weekly cash in (collection) forecast

Create "faktur pajak" at least H+4 after invoice created

Strong Financial Management, accounting and reporting skills

7 to 10 years experience in Banking Industry

Group reporting |Tax reporting and controls

Tax reporting and controls: monitoring of tax risk including its computation, payment and reporting,

Statutory accounting and local reporting (including liquidity and capital related reports),

3 years in a reputable audit firm is preferred

In-country teams (in Indonesia) to manage the full spectrum of Accounting and Reporting activities for entities across Indonesia, Singapore, and India

Manage and review the procurement policies and processes and ensure that procurement governance is complied with

Lead the drive for up-tiering and upskilling the regional accounting team to inspire and create a high-performing culture

Experience in Netsuite accounting system and IFRS accounting standard

Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent data, advanced excel & presentation skills

Implementing and ensuring there are robust financial controls as the business scales
