Senior Digital Activation Specialist Jobs

This position is to support Marketing & Sales team on marketing activation execution to support MWB brands growth

To support MWB brands marketing activation execution

To ensure all assign marketing activation execute in timely manner and comply with regulation

Excellence in Marketing activity execution

Strong campaign management skills (execution, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering recommendations) and experience driving campaigns end-to-end

Experience in the setup and tracking of cohort analysis and customer segmentation for digital products and services

2+ years’ experience working on CRM marketing and “app activation”, or similar digital experience such as website activation and optimisation

Experience working in start-ups and small teams. This is an executing role with limited support

Analyze and reporting campaign and in-app performance and trends,; recommend courses of action

Creation of customer segmentation and cohort analysis models that can be used across Jiva’s applications

Experience in digital marketing/agency/marketing/event is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

Create and monitor creative ideas for the marketing program

Ensuring all content and visual communications of marketing programs are in accordance with targets, guidelines, and timelines

Assist in offline marketing programs

Coordinate with other departments related to the programs

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management or equivalent

Required skill(s): Knowledgeable of Payroll software, TAX, BPJS, Overtime, and the other Payroll component are related is added value

Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements

Gather client requirements and implement the system

Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly

At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Payroll or having experience in HRIS company

Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to execute a remarkable activation experience and user journey for our customers

A customer driven mindset to build out the ultimate customer onboarding experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English

Technical knowledge and comfort in operating CRM systems

Goal-driven, critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
