Senior Customer Data Analyst Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

Partner with data warehouse / data engineers to design schemas, execute data validation/quality assurance, and support data management practices

Empower our key stakeholders to enhance their comprehension and analytical capabilities

4-5 years of analytics experience (including data collection, data analysis, and data visualization) in a technology company, preferably a startup

Proficient in SQL, BI Tools, Event Tracking tools, and experience with a programming language (Python or R) is preferred

Collaborate with the business and product teams to address tactical inquiries

Assess operations for inefficiencies and pinpoint areas where you can generate, automate, and cultivate tools

Communicate findings and complex results to key stakeholders and manage timeline of mitigation projects.

Experience with SQL and analytical tools (SAS, R, Python) is a must.

Familiarity with risk and fraud in ecommerce fields and experience with fraud rule writing is a strong plus.

Understand the trends and intelligence of fraudulent activities and build intelligence systems to mitigate fraud.

Define key performance metrics and build detailed reporting models for effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on measures implemented.

Drive process implementation and improvement that streamlines determination of fraud events.
