Analyse end-to-end users for consumer lending on gojek/gopay

Analyze, visualize data, provide insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 3. Drive Analytics and Business intelligence for the same

Provide insights about the users and user journey from the product point of view: Own the product metrics

Build Propensity/Income models to let users get approved and adopt more to consumer lending

Define the measurable KPIs and metrics jointly which define the product success

Understand and report to your team and senior management on business performance

Self-manage delivery of analytical projects

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with large datasets and experimentation

Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems

Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Experience with dashboarding / visualization software like Tableau

Strong technical leadership, project delivery and team building skills, Team player with management skills and the ability to lead others

Passionate and knowledgeable about big data stacks, have experience in following software/tools:

Data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, etc.

Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements

4+ years of prior experience as a manager. We'll want to hear how your reportees developed and grew under your leadership

Responsible to develop and manage the Enterprise Data Warehouse of GoTo

Communicate actionable and accurate insights to business stakeholders, including senior management

Experience in working BI Tool (Qlik, powerBI, Tableau etc )

Understand and practice engineering best practices: e.g. version control, testing, DRY

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent

Experience collecting and assessing User Requirements, for new and decommissioning systems

3-5 years’ relevant work experience required

Experience working with, implementing, and maintaining systems

Experience being the first line of support for a regional or global system

Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously is required

Experience building reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key metrics to partners in different functions and levels required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large amount of data from pdf/excel

Design client presentations and enhance customised reporting experience

At least 5 years of financial data analayst experience

Python skills for task automation, data analysis, and data visualization
