Senior Consulting Analyst Jobs

Cross-functional ESG implementation management capabilities allowing clients to progress against their ESG objectives and metrics.

Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting work experience in advising clients on their ESG material topics and/or decarbonization journey.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Passion for the ESG space and climate change and a drive to make a difference and create the next ESG leaders.

Familiar with the various reporting standards and frameworks including the GRI standards, SASB, CDP, TCFD and the ISSB’s proposed standards.

Experience, skills and professional attributes

Write, proof or fact-check reports (not essential, but possible for someone with the right skill set)

Good communication skills, both written and oral and attention to detail

The ideal skills for the role are:

Perform a range of tasks depending on the research project's needs

Financial modelling, and project management skillsets.

Knowledge of finance and accounting.

Bachelor/Master degree in finance and accounting or MBA from an overseas university.

CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience in Restructuring & Advisory transaction (buy side/sell side).

Advises State-owned Enterprises, multinational companies, and Indonesian companies on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and project feasibility assessments.

Participate in engagements that involves Finance Transformation mostly on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services.

Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target client's management teams

Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.

Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.

Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage.

Exposure on ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.

Contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the Indonesian insurance market.

Developing and executing the business plan for the ICT practice within the Indonesian insurance market and drive financial results.

Strong team-management skill, which includes efficient allocation for resources and tasks given the tight and varied deadlines.

Reviewing and building of financial models including business planning/ forecasting, corporate financing and capital management;

Preferably candidates are working closely to the Associate or Fellow qualifications from local or International Actuarial education body

Develop good relationships with the working team, senior management and Partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details

Capability to manage various projects and business development items (ie proposals) at the same time

Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, start-up or other professional services firms

Excellent communication and visualisation skills

Strong academics from a top-tier institution local and abroad

A track record of leadership and achievement both in work and/or activities outside of work

Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa

Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
