Responsibilities

• Prepare and present slide decks to clients related to learning programs and consulting projects.
• Develop proposals for learning programs and consulting projects for clients.
• Develop contents and tools for learning programs and consulting projects related to corporate innovation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written English is necessary, fluent in conversational English is preferable.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the same field.
• Strong in conceptual thinking, analytical skill, creativity and innovation.
• Experience in developing material for learning or consulting programs.
• Skillful in designing power point presentation materials.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, or Education Technology.

• Can work in a very flexible environment and style.
• Work in Hybrid system, can commute at locations in East Jakarta.
• Can work individually and in a team, mentally strong, persistent, able to think creatively and critically.
• Accustomed to using various applications and digital equipment.
