Outstanding project management and organizational skills.

Monitor cash flow, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles with increasing responsibility.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.

Assist in training and mentoring finance and accounting intern

Mengasai Accurate offline dan online

Memiliki kemampuan leadership & supervisi team

Menguasai Akuntansi & Laporan Keuangan dengan baik (menguasai Pajak merupakan nilai tambah)

Memiliki keahlian dalam menjalankan program Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel & Word

Min. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.

Experience: at least 1-2 years at the same field.

Have experience in retail industry would be a point plus.

Have good interpersonal, communication and relation skills

Have sharp analytical skills, good reporting and problem solving of problems in the field

Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Title: Accounting & Consolidation Section Head

Make an annual and monthly work plan and budget for the Accounting department

Reviewing, consolidating and preparing the company's financial statements

Review and analyze program profit & loss analysis report, company budget reports

Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations

Accounting degree from accredited institution of higher education

At least 3+ years of relevant experience with General Ledger, consolidation and intercompany transfer pricing policy

Strong hands on General ledger transactions and consolidation experience

Effective oral and written communication skills

Performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and prepares appropriate financial statements
