Minimum Education & Experience :

Senior High School graduate with 10 years working experience in Security Operations/Investigation/Data Collection on industrial security.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :

Ensure adequate information is being captured in the field and communicated to Security admin officer to enable production of daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Oversee enforcement of disciplinary and grooming standards.

Retired military officer/NCO with 20 years of working experience in security risk management and training management and training management skills.

Training, maintain knowledge, and assist with testing and implementation of crisis management plans as needed

Knowledge or experience with Indonesian military doctrine and military organization structure.

General managerial and planning skills.

Maintain full situational knowledge and awareness of the FIS and report shortfalls to the Senior Security Advisor.

A minimum 5 years experience as security lead at a multi-national mining, oil and gas, refining or equivalent heavy industrial operation.
