5+ years of experience in supply chain management.

Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management or a related field.

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities in SCM Department (PPIC and warehousing).

Preferably have experience in food industry.

Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in SAP Ariba and Ellipse Material Management

Good organizational & project management skills.

Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to all purchasing and expediting activities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences/programming or Bachelor of Informatics Management and Supply Chain equivalent is preferable.

Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail

Excellent computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software program and has experienced as Ellipse user

At least 2 years experience in the same field

Knowledge about PTK 007 SKKMIGAS

Prepare the minutes of meeting (pre-bid meeting, negotiation, clarification, etc)

Prepare procurement report (monthly, quarterly, semester and yearly)

Prepare tender administration (quotation, price reduction, bidder list, PO/SO)

Prepare Asset Report (MP-01, 02, 03)
