More than five years of experience in supervisory/managerial roles

Have good leadership and people management skills.

Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.

Excellent sales management & relationship building

Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area

Manager level of reporting ability

Knowledge and experience in ecommerce is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.

Experience in visual merchandising is a major plus.

Developing stores sales strategies to raise customers' pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.

Ensuring that each shop is well-stocked by maintaining product inventory in each shop.

Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.
