Create Quality Framework and Management System

Recommend adjustments to the quality management system and/or RM/Processing/FG Quality process manufacturing

Understanding ISO, Food and HACCP requirements for food safety regulations

Prepare Manpower Planning strategic for QC & QA to support all the Business Units

Diploma degree or equivalent from Fisheries major

Minimum of 5 years in food & seafood processing

Experience in using and maintaining project management tools, contributing project budgeting and proposal development.

Ability to learn and apply EDF’s outreach scientific, technical and policy tools to analyze, understand challenges and develop fishery management solutions.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience.

Demonstrated professional experience in guiding large-scale group of stakeholders and projects including strategic planning, communications, project implementation and results.

Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, coordinate and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in professional and field settings.

Participate in internal EDF training and mentoring activities to increase knowledge and skills of fishery science and management.

Demonstrated experience in fisheries management, including fishers’ community development

Demonstrated experience in project management tools and project budgeting.

Ability to learn and apply EDF's outreach, scientific, technical and policy tools to analyze, understand challenges, and develop fishery management solutions.

Minimum Bachelor’ Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience in guiding large multistakeholder groups and projects, including experience with strategic planning, communications, project implementation and driving results.

Participate in internal EDF training and mentoring activities to increase knowledge and skills of fishery science and management.

Minimum Bachelor’ Degree in fisheries or coastal and marine resource management plus 6 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience in fisheries management, including fishers’ community development.

Demonstrated experience in project management tools and project budgeting.

Ability to learn and apply EDF's outreach, scientific, technical and policy tools to analyze, understand challenges, and develop fishery management solutions.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, manage and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in professional and field settings.
