Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data pelanggan yang telah diinput di sistem (‘Customer Contact Management').

Melakukan input transaksi penjualan sesuai SOP administrasi penjualan.

Memastikan laporan-laporan terkait penjualan diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.

Memastikan arsip administrasi penjualan lengkap dan rapi.

Dapat menggunakan komputer dengan lancar dan excellent

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mengoperasikan excel

Liaise regularly with customers and continuously report to the division management as well as to reach the sales target

Acknowledge the demand for the intended market & application, for recognize and grab the sales opportunity

Plan, Act., and maintain good or potential customers

Ensure market coverage within the assigned industry, to be assist in product develop & new potential products

Negotiate tender and contract term to meet both customers and company needs

Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients and prospect

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

Meet with potential International clients to determine their needs

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

The person will organize and conduct presentations to customers and develop specific sales opportunities as well as plan sales approaches.

The person must be a team player and has the ability to work independently.

Candidate must possess at least aBachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Chemical)or equivalent.

Having a driver's license of type A is a must.

Last education min. D3 majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related majors

Experiences as sales B2B or B2G for approximately 1 year is a must

Have a good negotiation and communication skills

Conduct daily visits to clients to convey product information (product presentations), both to users and other related departments

Build sales with new prospective clients

Communicating client needs to individuals or departments

Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager in related industry (Automotive, preferred Electrical Vehicle)

Managing marketing planning long and short term

Monitoring reporting long and short term marketing

Responsible for relationships with customers

Checking the contents marketing contract

Strong relation with Electrical Vehicle industry
