Will ensure effective project Process Safety change management at Manyar Site

Implement safety critical equipment & safe operating limit management processes

Understand existing Management of Change Strategy and create engagement required

Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.

Working knowledge of CMMS and other business systems.

5+ Years of experience in systems administration management and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Managing Staff: Making decision regarding staffing, training and performance management and the allocation of resource and delegation of tasks.

Compute and Storage Capacity Planning and Management: Making decisions related to compute, memory and storage capacity, management, and data archiving.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

5+ Years of experience in network support and management at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Collaborate with production teams, management, and other engineers to identify process control problems, analyze data, and propose solutions.
