Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a specific focus on unsecured loans.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Develop risk management controls and systems

Proven experience as a Risk and Compliance Manager for 3 years.

Strong computer and research skills; knowledge of analysis software is preferred

Professional Risk and Compliance Manager certification is a plus

Create contingency plans to manage crises
