Manage the Mystery Shopper Program (MSP) and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards within the country.
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Powerpoint and e-mail (Lotus Notes or similar)
3 years training, coaching and people development experience in a customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
Train store staff, enabling them to consistently achieve or exceed Mystery Shopping scores through effective training & development programs
Ensure that all staff in consumer facing roles are trained in accordance with PUMA’s Retail Training Standards
