Regional Head Of Project Management Jobs

Manage correspondences to and from the project office in a professional manner including mails, emails and meeting requests.

Have knowledge of basic AutoCAD.

Minimum of 1-year experience in the similar position.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Provide administrative support to Regional Director of Projects and project team

Coordinate and maintain an organised schedule for project team based on business needs.

Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, campaign requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage day-to-day campaign activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones, assets, and reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.

Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage the day-to-day operations of digital campaigns, including coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.

Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure that project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

BEng degree in Engineering, BArch degree Architecture / built environment or BSc Construction Management discipline or a similar field.

15+ years previous work experience as a Senior Project Manager

Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staff.

Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.

Proven ability to manage and lead teams to build collaboration and efficiency.

Demonstrated leadership experience and working with others.
