Regional Beauty Trainer Manager Jobs

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

At least 8 years experience in a related field, with 3 years as a brand manager in beauty backgrounds

Have a background in retail sales, inventory management, marketing, and brand management

Inventory management: stock holding, excess & obsolescence

Manage, control, and implement optimum merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines

Explore, prospect, and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to maintain long-run goals

Minimum of five years’ experience in Brand Manager, preferably coming from retail/beauty/personal care industries

Good understanding in Beauty/Cosmetics knowledge and current market trends

About This Brand Manager (Retail Beauty) Role

Build strategic marketing plan and oversee operations to accelerate the business growth through various channels

Evaluate the impact and trend of marketing initiatives in order to achieve the company goals

Establish and nurture relationships both internally and externally to strengthen the brand's presence and sales opportunities

Deep knowledge & skills in make-up

Required skills : Make-Up application, trick, smudge chart, face charts.

At least 2 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position. (As freelance make-up artist also accepted).

Preferably hold trainer certification from make-up school/academy.

Good in communication with excellent presentation skills

Prepare & make training module for make-up & grooming.

Strong leadership and people management skills

At least 2 years experience in Retail/Beauty

High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Develop, adapt, and delivering training materials that align with company SOP to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors

Deliver product training to Beauty Advisors across Indonesia in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.

Organize annual regional gathering for Beauty Advisors
