Experience in personnel management, development, skill assessment, and resourcing

20+ years project management experience preferred

Substantial experience in project engineering and project management is a key tool for job execution

Thorough experience in and significant understanding of contracting strategy development and Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) practices

The development and execution of all project deliverables, incl control of scope and management of changes throughout design and execution

Identification of risks at appropriate project stages and management of those risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

Educate potential clients and partners about Exacode's services and the benefits of participating in the referral program

Monitor program performance and provide feedback to the referral program manager to help optimize the program strategy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Knowledge of the app development industry is preferred but not required.

Act as a brand ambassador for Exacode and promote the referral program to potential clients and partners

Have good knowledge of alarm management.

Involve and support on risk management program: HAZOP&LOPA (expert level), SIL Validation, and Gap Assessment

Provide and submit reports for own’ s section and or requested by Management in timely manner.

Implement & ensure PCC activities meet INEOS requirement.

Manage license renewal for PSS-Hexagon, PI, OTS-Dynsim, AeShield, Yokogawa, Fortinet, McAfee

Require good knowledge on engineering standard.

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Good communication skill to coordinate the task with field operator to make sure no deviation process parameter between field and DCS.

Good communication skill with others DCS operator on duty to avoid any malfunction operation unit.

Previous experience as a production operator or in a related field preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Prepare JSA for requested job, weekly safety checklist, cross safety audit and safety observation.
