Responsible for people availability for all vacant position in the company, manage people development as well

-Experienced as recruitment in manufacture or retail industry at least 3 years

-Have knowledge about training would be an advantage

-Have experienced in use DISC or any psychological tools

-Fast learner, detail oriented, able to work with target

-Good in communication, proficient in English

Responsible for seeing and analyzing the potential and talents of each employee in order to provide their best abilities

Make reports, documentation and proposals to the HR Manager about strategies in developing talents and employees to be developed

Experience as Recruitment and Talent

Have good communication skills ( Speaking English)

Identify the position needed by the user
