RGF HR Agent is helping our client (Trading) to recruit key leader with requirements below.

Position Name - HR GA Manager

- Income tax calculation experience

- Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Business English proficiency to do presentation for Global HR Meeting

- Have managing style especially "Consultative" "Transactional" and "Collaborative"

Manage employee's complete life cycle (Pre Onboarding, Onboarding, Offboarding)

Support HRBP Manager in relation with others HR administration and reporting

Support HR Manager in Employee Engagement Programs.

Responsible as the business partner

Coordinate and communicate training programs to related parties

Support the preparations of training (material, venues, attendees, etc)

Melakukan proses end to end recruitment.

Bertanggung jawab dalam seluruh operasi HRGA

Berkoordinasi dengan General Affairs dalam mengontrol aset dan membuat perencanaan budgeting aset perusahaan.

Bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional bulanan (Pembayaran token listrik, wifi, air, dsb)

Bertanggung jawab dalam pemeliharaan aset perusahaan dan ATK

Melakukan document control pada HR dan GA

Recruitment techniques; including experience in conducting reference checks and behavioral and technical Interviews

Excellent communication skills, including ability to negotiate and influence both clients and candidates

Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment, and assists others with adapting to change.

Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams, and share and transfe knowledge within teams.

Provide support to the hiring managers during the recruitment process and be a point of contact for recruitment queries.

For relevant projects, work closely with Project Managers to manage project demobilization an transfer of internal candidates.

Komunikasi baik, detail, teliti dan strong analytical skills

Perempuan/laki-lai max. usia 25 th

Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, atau SDM

Memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam menemukan kandidat/talent yang tepat

Dapat bekerja secara mandiri dan team

Strong dalam administratif & terbiasa membuat weekly report

Staff: Minimum 1-3 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Supervisor: minimum 3-5 years of experience
