Strong knowledge of documents aircraft management and Maintenance

Have experience of Technical Record Training, or Engineering Training, or PPC Training

Exceptional Relationship-building skills and a developed problem-solving ability.

Ensuring that all records related to Aircraft are complete.

Ensuring records are securely stored and accessed to prevent unauthorized access or potential information leaks.

Reviewing records related to Aircraft maintenance and repairs.

Organize and manage patient information, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical record or a related field .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compile, process, and maintain accurate medical records for all patients in compliance with relevant regulations and hospital policies.

Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

- Bertanggung Jawab terhadap keberadaan asset kendaraan (Operasional dan Niaga) serta pemantauan service kendaraan

- Kontrol/Update status kendaraan (status kepemilikan, perubahan user, perubahan lokasi, dll), STNK, dan asuransi kendaraan

- Menganalisa dan mengajukan regenerasi kendaraan

- Mengelola SOP terkait lingkup perawatan dan perbaikan kendaraan

- Pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 3 tahun

- Paham cara memelihara kendaraan berat

-Have experience 1 year as MR (Management Representative)/ ISO department

-Have a good knowledge of company operation and quality management system

-Make sure and keeping system management has been implemented well.

-Update documents related to quality management systems like procedures, quality records, job instructions, etc

-Make an internal audit schedule and report to the quality management team

-Good interpersonal and communication skills

Have an exposure on aircraft airworthiness programs documentation and records requirements CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization)

Has Knowledge of relevant aviation authority requirements

Preparation of Maintenance Release documentation for certification by coordinating

Audit completed Work Packages to ensure that all planned maintenance requirements have been carried out

Consistent adherence to the relevant national civil / Military aviation authorities’regulatory requirements.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferable is prior experience leading broad Customer Relationship Management (CRM) excellence efforts.

You act as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related

You have a successfully completed degree or relevant professional qualification and formal business training.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a variety of diagnostic imaging industry roles.

Communication & presentation skills – Should be capable of developing and presenting convincing arguments and influence the outcome of the decisions.

Good presentation skills, strong business, digital, and financial acumen.
