Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills

Bachelor's degree in a Business, Legal, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

3-5 years of experience in investigations, including filing SARs, or related audit/regulatory experience at a financial institution or fintech company

Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs, including advising relevant stakeholders on next steps

Maintain escalation log and ensure all escalations to the team are promptly reviewed and resolved

Demonstrated experience with local and USAID policies and regulations, including subcontractors/grants, vendor/partner management, registration, financial procedures, start-up, and close-out procedures.

Strong organizational and financial management skills, analytical ability, and good judgement

Oversee project budgeting and ensure transparency and quality control of project financial management.

Experience providing training and capacity building to the finance/administration staff of the project and/or sub-contractors/grantees’ team.

Serve as a human resource manager for the project team.

Progressive leadership experience on USAID or other donor-funded activities in Indonesia, including as a liaison with external partners and clients.
