3-5 years experience working as complaint coordinator or similar experience (preferably in R&D, as coating advisor or in the application industry)

IT skills and ability to adapt to new IT tools

Understanding the Hempel processes and has product knowledge

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports for management review.

Supervise and manage the quality control process, including inspection, testing, and sampling of food products.

Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to food safety standards, HACCP, Halal, and ISO requirements.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in the food industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control concepts and practices in the food industry.

Experience in conducting quality audits and managing compliance.
