Part B: Candidate Specification – Minimum Requirements

Coordinate Vendor and OES engagement in Indonesia fabrication yard to ensure necessary operator/Technicians trainings are completed as per plan by PMT.

Coordinate the availability of OES resources to participate and verify project SC activities at site such as;

MCC, RFCC and initial PSSR walkdowns and certificate validation.

Min. 1-3 years experience in IT System & Support .

Min Bachelor Degree from Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science, or related.

Good communication and detail oriented.

Good understanding of IT Systems (ERP, etc.) and programming languages (PHP, etc).

Support regional management and project teams with the application of business systems and associated processes

Proficient experience manage the support and operational

Manage regional mining systems hub to support data processing, validation, and reporting and site support

Establish and manage effective agreed objectives of Business Systems and other deliverables, and regularly monitor performance and progress against them.

Minimum 5-7 years Industrial experience in Business Systems

Proficient English skill both oral and Business written

Manage and assure the implementation of HSE Management System (SMK3, ISO14001, ISO45001) and Bayer Global requirements

Familiar with HSE Management System (SMK3/ ISO14001/ ISO45001 or other HSE Standards)

S1 (Engineering/Chemical/Environment/Public Health) with min. 4 years experience or Diploma with min. 6 years’ experience in industrial HSE field

Good leadership and analytical thinking as well as reporting and presentation skills, smart-working and able to work in a team

Support site projects related to HSE department especially (permits, JSAs, man-hours report, etc)

Coordinate with all department representatives to execute projects related with corrective actions or improvements

1.Experience in ERP system management

3.3-5 years’ experience in Standard Accounting practice

A senior responsible position in the accounting section of a international export company

3.Involved in Standard, system and procedures development, relate to ERP system.

4.Planning, strategy building, and implement about the ERP.
