Documentation: provide and collect legal documents, permits, contracts, and agreements pertaining to property transactions, leases, and other property-related matters

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior legal staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Dealing contracts with building management

Follow up new prospects for agreements with building management based on sales request

Making appointments to property and building management

Handle budget and negotiate a budget with building management and holding properties

Handle existing contracts and update data to internal management in order to maintain good relationship-building management
