Lead and manage the provision of workplace services and facility management services

Overseeing facilities management and creating operations budgets

10 - 15 years experience in commercial or corporate real estate

Past experience handling Manufacturing and/or Industrial accounts would be highly desirable

Design and implement real estate strategy, site selection, deal structuring and terms negotiations

Directing facilities functions, implementing policies and safety procedures and engaging with supporting vendors

Minimum education D3/S1 all majors

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Having experience as a marketing in the property sector is preferred

Facilitate consumers in fulfilling administrative requirements for purchasing company products

Explain housing product knowledge to prospective customers

Able to work individually or with a team

Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends

Manage all aspects of assigned properties

Highly experienced with property development market

Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs

Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

Knowledge of property management and best practices with proven experience in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related major and have minimum 5 years experiences in Property Management.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word

Inspecting property, analyze building conditions then determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and equipment.

·Strong MEP Engineering knowledge OR good knowledge in building finance managemen and managing HR.

·Has minimum 5-7 year of working experience as Manager/Coordinator.

·Proven managerial and leadership skills.

·Responsible for the building’s quality and maintenance, Finance, Suplpy chain, Admin & Human Resource and tenant relationship.

Develop and manage quarterly and yearly strategic departmental budgets

Direct the activities of all functions involved in project construction, operations, and workflow of the organisation’s whole process

Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of construction and operations

Ensure construction and project operations run smoothly, maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances

Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire operations and distribution department

Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs .

Proven working experience as Property Manager

Ensuring property meets or exceeds code requirements at all time.

Liaise with all internal departments to manage the properties

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
