Property Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise set-up and take-down of building areas, equipment and furniture.
• Lead the bidding vendor services and supervising vendors for the works.
• Lead and responsible for hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules of the team member.
• Prepare and update plans for response to and recovery from emergency and disaster conditions as pertaining to assigned buildings. Lead the implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
• Develop plans and scheduling the enhancement for ongoing and preventive maintenance of facilities.
• Inspecting property, analyze building conditions then determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and equipment.
• Preparing forecast budgets and able to explain the variances, review or approving the each payable

Qualifications

• Must be a strong individual contributor and team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of property management and best practices with proven experience in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word
• Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related major and have minimum 5 years experiences in Property Management.
