Minimum 4 years experience in property/real estate/facility management industry

Bachelor's degree in Property Management

Foster and sustain connections with property managers and occupants.

Create property assessment reports and formulate future development strategies.

Compile financial evaluations of the organization's property assets.

Have a strong understanding in property regulation

Experience at least 5 years in managerial level to handle property

Managing asset property, especially for operations and leasing, and also coordinate with other team for this purpose

Creating strategy to attract and choose tenant that will using company's property

Generate revenue by optimalize property usage

Assist the chief of strategy by recapping and reporting company's asset from analysis report

Will be directly reporting to chief of strategy

Manage ongoing relationships, renegotiate terms to ensure our property assortment is of high quality.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major or equivalent work experience.

Passion for or have experience in turning traditional real estate into a consumer industry.

Excellent communication / negotiation skills.

Build and maintain a strong property / partner pipeline.

Identify and suggest scalable strategy / process improvements.
