Project Management Senior Supervisor Jobs

At least 4-5 years of experience on IT Project Management or relevant

Manage the performance and ensure all phases (requirement gathering, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, etc.) are executed within the timeline and scope.

Coordinate with respective module owners and/or relevant parties to achieve comprehensive requirements gathering for any system modification/enhancement.

Provide daily operation support ECM Module/Open Text (system usage, incident fixing, incident log and escalation to consultant for mitigation, etc.)

Keep communication with stakeholders to share all required information, and seek for prompt solution for any incident.

Perform risk assessment and monitor its risks, if required, set-up mitigation to ensure eliminate and/or minimize the impacts.

- Manage client communication (provide solutions based on project requirements)

- Manage project management tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Etc.

- Have experience and/or certification with different methodologies and frameworks - SDLC, Scrum would be an advantage

- Define user requirements and project specifications

- Direct and manage project and team from the beginning to end process

- Coordinate with Project Managers to create and manage planning for project resources

Management of change process with relevant operational stakeholders

Management of projects in execution working with construction specialists

Identification and management of project risks in accordance with the Small Project Management Framework (SPMF)

A well-practiced understanding of the key elements of project management

Knowledge of design requirements and standards and scope development in a brownfield environment

Supporting the development of the project’s business objectives and stakeholder requirements, underpinning execution

Support the Management team in framing business problems

Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management Team

Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

Minimum 3-4 years experience in same position

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in English

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Having knowledge in warehouse management and logistics skills is an added advantage

Minimum 3 years of working experiences in similar position

Excellent communication skill (written & verbal) and presentation

Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques

Identify and resolve technical challenges

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject : Informatics Engineering, System Analyst
