Prepare of All Purchase Request for Procurement

Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports

1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses

Handle monthly and quarterly reports

Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll

Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels between all stakeholders involved in projects, including management, team members, and external partners.

Resource Management: Assist in allocating resources effectively across projects and departments to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to the project manager and senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills

Works directly with risk managers and treasurers on at client’s site – travel is expected.

Good verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences at different hierarchical levels

You will act as team member for functional and technical aspects of consulting projects for our treasury customer base for accounting.

You should be completely comfortable with all these aspects for all asset classes and their derivatives.

This is a full-time and on-site position in Jakarta area.

Having 2-3 years experience and most preferably familiar with e-commerce retail transaction and accounting journal

Strong understanding Finance and Accounting Principles

Assist in journal entry for monthly closing including but not limited to bank reconciliation

Assist in providing additional financial information

Assist in review business process and risk assessment of new product

Good understanding in various business process

Knowledge of project management or programme management methodologies

A minimum of bachelor's degree in management, Public Administration, International/Development Studies or related fields

A minimum of one (1) years of working experience (including internship) in administrative and finance positions within the international development area

A lump sum monthly consultancy fee will be provided commensurate with the qualification and experience.

Work with Finance and Operations Unit to compile, maintain data on vendors/suppliers

Excellent team working and interpersonal skills including dealing both directly and indirectly with government officials at various levels
