Minimum education S1 majoring in Product Design

Have knowledge about Trend Accessories

Fresh Graduates with product portfolio related to accessories or jewelry are welcome to apply

Can run Rhinoceros, AutoCAD or other 3D applications

Strong attention to details and trends, especially beauty

Tough, Honest, Thorough and Discipline at work

Excellent in knowledge of product research

Previous experience in product development

Currently a 3rd or final year student

Innovative, creative and problem solving mindset

Fluent in Indonesian and English

As Product Development (Intern), you will work on our social enterprise platform.

Previous organizational experience will be a plus point.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Having minimum 3-6 months prior internship will be preferable.

Proficiency in design tools, especially in Adobe family and Corel Draw.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Able to work followingoffice hour(9-to-6), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Visit customers to present products and services

Get potential customers and achieve sales targets

Follow up on deliveries and orders

Provide good service to customers

Make daily reports on follow-up and canvassing activities

Having strong analytical thinking, good project management skills, and good communication skills (verbal & written).

Required Skill(s): Market research, Statistic tools.

Preferably minimal 2years experience specialized in Product Development in Consumer Goods or equivalent.

Having brief knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) business and beauty industry, especially in cosmetic and makeup.

Experienced in managing team/subordinates (more than 2 person).

Responsible for creating concept both for new and existing product in order to develop products in Ladys Cosmetics category.
