Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment and media budget/audience management

Excellent project management skills to coordinate both internal and external teams

Confidence and skill in presentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing, engaging, and leading them through complicated subject matter

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

Up to 1 year of people management experience

Proficient in production methods and Quality Management systems and procedures in manufacturing facilities.

5 years and above overall relevant experience

Expert knowledge of product technologies and applications

Broad based knowledge of ingredients and products safety principles, global standards as well as regulations

Knowledge of ingredients and products labeling regulations

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements

Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning; understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills.

Change management and implementation activities to drive the adoption of technology solutions in the service line/sub-services line practices.

Extensive experience in understanding and translating business needs into technical requirement

Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of related work experience; or combination of education and experience.

Drives the design, development and strategic positioning of technology solutions being used to meet business requirements

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field at EPC Company

Have knowledge of HAZOP, Process Simulation Software (Aspen Hysys, Other) & EnMS

Good in English skill both spoken & written

Good communication skill as well as collaboration with cross function team.

Good interpersonal skill, having growth mindset and eager to learn something new

Implement plant optimization and efficiency projects in OSBL Plant.
