Job Purpose

Provide Phase-1 Technical Study for OSBL Plant Troubleshoot, Improvement and/or Expansion, for Management Decision including Equipment Design (Sizing & Rating), Hazard Analysis, Energy Review and Economic Evaluation

Specific Accountabilities

• Provide technical support on Process Hazard Analysis in OSBL Plant
• Provide economic analysis studies in or related to OSBL Plant.
• Process design activities in preparation of ECR in OSBL Plant.
• Conduct PHA Study
• Create Energy Review
• Implement plant optimization and efficiency projects in OSBL Plant.
• Communicate with various plant groups to implement change in OSBL Plant.
• Conduct Process Inspection during TAM
• Provide technical service including troubleshooting in OSBL Plant.

Requirements :

• Good communication skill as well as collaboration with cross function team.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in major of Chemical Engineering
• Good in English skill both spoken & written
• Able to using Ms. Office for daily activities
• Good interpersonal skill, having growth mindset and eager to learn something new
• Have knowledge of HAZOP, Process Simulation Software (Aspen Hysys, Other) & EnMS
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field at EPC Company

This position will be place at Site Office Cilegon
