Prior major project management and/or start-up experience.

Will ensure effective project Process Safety change management at Manyar Site

Implement safety critical equipment & safe operating limit management processes

Understand existing Management of Change Strategy and create engagement required

Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.

Working knowledge of CMMS and other business systems.

Solid experience on MOME (Management of Major Emergencies) and CTO (Certificate to Operate) standards.

10 processing and operation engineering roles in Oil & Gas preferably of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities

In- Depth knowledge of Electronic Control of work systems (e-PTW), Risk Assessment and platform operations.

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Good communication skill to coordinate the task with field operator to make sure no deviation process parameter between field and DCS.

Good communication skill with others DCS operator on duty to avoid any malfunction operation unit.

Previous experience as a production operator or in a related field preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
