At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.

Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.

Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity targets are met.

Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job.

Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes in the plant.

- Prior experience in a customer service environment.

- Having knowledge in Wine & Spirit Products is a must

- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.

- Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.

Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

Preferable experienced in Horeca and have a deep knowledge in Wine & Spirit

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams

Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

2. Review SOPs, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and normal operating procedures including safety, emergency and shutdowns.

Deep knowledge of production management, especially production planning

Minimum of three years' experience as a Production Manager in similar (multiple raw material/product manufacture) will be preference

Manage and minimise the risks

Ensure the development and skills of its employees and be responsible for what happens in it

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

About The Production Manager (Alcohol) Role

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the alcohol industry or related consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.

Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize brand impact.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Five years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering Field / Oleochemical/ Fatty Alcohol

Having experienced working in Ester will be preferable

Strong in analytical, problem solving & critical thinking skills

Good knowledge of process related standards and health-safety regulation

Have a working knowledge in using process engineering software

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
