3+ years’ experience within a label, distribution, DSP, management or media company working with labels, managers, and artists

Proven business development and relationship management track record

Experience/ knowledge of Salesforce/ CRM tools a plus

Manage, organise and oversee label and release presentations

Manage priority release campaign logistics from inception through to analysis, working with other internal departments as necessary

Manage assigned labels’ product logistics and operations

Provide management with information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.

Cooperate and coordinate with Group Management Marketing and Business Development

Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably within Label & Packaging industry

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills

Work with Senior Management to determine business objectives

Manage the team objectives and ensure objectives full execution

Manage all HR related topics

Develop solid analytical business skills

Experience in leading a sales team, including coaching, mentoring and team development

Min. five years experience in Marketing Experience.

Strong analytical skills, loves data and is results-driven.

Excellent written verbal, and copywriting skills.

In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms & Klaviyo.

Strong work ethic, responsible and always looking to learn and get better.

Extremely creative and loves brainstorming new ideas.
